From The Couple
Wedding theme and colours (explain the reason behind your decision):
Blue and Gold! These were colors we both liked and thought would go well with our sunflower/August themed wedding.
Approximate number of wedding guests:
Your top 3 best moments and why:
-Best Man Mark forgetting the rings but groomsmen Christian saving the day: for obvious reasons
-Seeing and meeting all the family members we haven’t necessarily met before!
-Driving home in the taxi with all our wedding gifts. Cause it looked and was hilarious
Wedding song, explain choice for song:
“1000 years” by Cristina Perri. We both loved the song when we both heard it, and the lyrics discussing love forever resonated well with us
Your top 3 favorite wedding details (cake, flowers, dress, band, etc.) and why:
1. Our centrepieces: brought the color themes/tables together and we had fun putting them together
2. The Photobooth: everyone had a blast with the digital photo booth! The variety of things you could do, the convenience of getting them sent directly to your phone, and the easy setup (aka no props to lose, etc.)
3. Auntie Linda’s bathroom toiletries: our auntie Linda put together bathroom packages for the guys and girls in the washrooms, if you needed *anything* she had it (gum, hairsspray, bandaids, tide to gos, even condoms). Plus she included custom-made poems which were hilarious!
